The site office includes project manager's room, project and field engineer rooms, project technical room, meeting room, kitchen, dining hall, and WC units. The container site structure, produced with a combined, screwed, and nested system, provides the best energy savings with complete sandwich panel use in walls and roof, offering high insulation. Karmod's new generation container has solved the leakage issue with the special gasket system used in combination areas, special closures covering the screw areas from the outside, and a special joint system developed specifically for the structure. It also has a privileged appearance with its brand-specific color in site environments.

With these distinguishing advantages, Karmod's New Generation Container was the choice of site office for the Bahçekent Flora project, named Başakşehir Hoşdere 2nd Stage housing project, which Emlak Konut tendered with the method of revenue sharing in exchange for land sales.

A Glance at the Bahçekent Flora Project: The project, which is being built on an area of 120,000 square meters, is expected to deliver the first phase in 24 months, and the investment cost is stated as 300 million TL. There are 875 apartments in Bahçekent Flora. The project includes 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 apartment types.

The construction of the project, which is under the guarantee of TOKİ's subsidiary Emlak Konut REIT, is being carried out by İzka Construction, Dağ Engineering, and Star Construction Partnership. Social facilities of the Flora Garden City project include; parking, swimming pool, steam room, walking paths, sports fields, children's play areas, rest areas, fitness center, sauna.
