Dünya Yachts Shipyard Office Building

Our container buildings were preferred as management office buildings in shipbuilding and yacht production shipyards. We built a container office building for Dünya Yachts, which carries out production and modernisation projects in the yacht sector within Ursa Shipyard in Pendik, Istanbul. The office building, which started to serve as a management building, is used jointly by Ursa Shipyard and Dünya Yachts.

Luxury Container Office Building Completed in 7 Days

The 168 m2 luxury office building was completed in a short period of 7 days. The convenience provided by the pre-produced container office system stands out in the fast installation.

A total of 8 container units were produced for the project prepared within the scope of Ursa Shipyard office building. The production of eight units was carried out completely in Karmod facilities and the structures were shipped to the place of use and assembled. Each of the units of 21 m2, 4 of them were placed on the ground floor and 4 of them were placed on the upper floor and their connections were made. At the end of 7 days, the installation of office working areas, kitchen and WC units were completed and presented to the use of Dünya Yacht company.

Container Office Accelerates Field Installation

Container office buildings can be installed very quickly in the field with the advantage of ready-made units. For assembly, it is sufficient to have a hard concrete floor to support the structure. In the construction of the Ursa Shipyard office building, there was no need for an extra concrete floor. The concrete floor available at the shipyard site made the office installation much faster.

Long construction processes and applications requiring labour in classical building models are completely eliminated in the container building system. The units, which are prefabricated in the factory up to the electrical installation, can be connected in a short time by placing them side by side or on top of each other at the place of use. Container office buildings can be designed as single-storey, two-storey, three-storey and four-storey in the desired size and fast production and installation can be made.

About Ursa Shipyard

The Ergün Family established Ursa Shipyard in 1983 on the dock in Pendik, which it had owned since the 1950s.

73m Axioma Yacht

Formerly known as Red Square, she was rebuilt with modernisation by Dunya Yacht and launched in February 2013 under the name Axioma.

The 72,5 metre long Axioma yacht has a capacity of 12 guest accommodation. At the same time, there are 12 cabins for the accommodation of 22 personnel working on Axioma. Axioma has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, SPA, open-air gym, 3D cinema hall, etc.
