As Karmod, we continue to carry out projects in Europe. We have completed this project in the UK in the light steel housing category. Our steel house, designed specifically for detached residential use in the capital city of London, has a size of 121 m².

We are bringing our leadership in ready-made housing projects to Europe. We have added the UK to our housing projects in countries such as France, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Greece, and Malta. By achieving sustainable momentum in ready-made housing, we are progressing towards becoming a home brand across Europe.

Our sustainable homes, which are fully compliant with environmental policies, also stand out with their energy efficiency performance. We don't just look at energy efficiency in our homes in terms of pure energy consumption. We also prioritize full compliance with sustainable energy production sources.

In terms of design, we customize our homes taking into account the architecture of the country and customer expectations. We reflect the country's housing construction standards in our projects in terms of building safety and insulation applications.

Our lightweight steel housing unit in London was designed specifically for independent use. Customer expectations were at the forefront of the design process for individual use. Our design team successfully reflected our customer's expectations in the project. Another factor considered in translating the design into production was the criteria of British residential architecture. After the design and structural analyses were completed, the production of the house began. The steel house, pre-manufactured in Karmod's modern facilities, was packaged and shipped by road transport. The 121 m² steel house, whose installation began on the site in London, was ready for occupancy after 35 days.
