Trendy Lara Hotel Human Resources Office Building

We built an office building for Trendy Lara Hotel in the Kundu tourism region of Antalya. The office building built with light steel construction system will be used as the HR (human resources) service building of the hotel.

Construction in Tourism Region is very easy with Steel Office

In the HR office required by the management of Trendy Lara Hotel, the advantages of the steel structure system were utilised in the best way. It is very difficult to build structures with classical methods in the Kundu region, one of the centres of tourism. Construction in tourism regions can be carried out with restrictions due to negativities such as environmental pollution, sound and noise.

The pre-production advantage of the steel structure system facilitates the construction of buildings in the tourism region. Since the entire production of steel structures is carried out in modern factory facilities, only the installation of the building is done on site. Materials such as concrete, iron, bricks are not needed except for the water basin where the building will be installed. The building parts produced in the factory are transported to the installation site and the steel building is quietly assembled and completed within days. Long-lasting, safe buildings are constructed in tourism regions without causing environmental pollution, disrupting traffic and without noise.

231 m² Steel Office Completed in 60 Days

The advantages of the steel structure system were utilised during the installation process of the Trendy Lara Hotel Human Resources office building. The project, production, transport and field installation of the 231 m² steel office building was completed in a total of 60 days. The time taken for field installation was 45 days. With the advantage of the bolt and nut system, the installation of the building was completed quietly in the tourism region in accordance with the requirements of the sector.

Full Protection of Green Tissue

In the newly constructed Trendy Lara Hotel HR office building, environmental protection sensitivity was kept at the forefront. A tree corresponding to the construction area of the office was taken under protection within the project without cutting. In the project, both the tree was protected and the interior of the office was brought together with natural light in the opening coinciding with the middle part of the office hall.

Trendy Lara Hotel HR office has a large hall at the entrance. The HR interview room was located in the front left section, and the HR chief room was located towards the back in this direction. In the back section, from left to right, there are HR manager, training manager and HR director rooms. In the right section, there is a training chief room and a meeting room. In the plan where all room doors open to the bright lounge, there is an archive room and toilets in the front right section.
