Tam Pendik Housing Project Office Building

We took our place in Istanbul's unique residential project with a view of the Princes' Islands

We have added a new one to the sales and launch office buildings of the brand housing projects. Tam Pendik Housing project, which is realised on the hill overlooking the islands of Çınardere neighbourhood in Pendik, Istanbul, preferred Karmod office building for its sales office.

Construction of the sales and promotion building of the 129 housing project was carried out with Karmod light steel office building system. Completed in a short period of 17 days, the steel office building was put into service at the excavation stage before starting the housing project. The steel office with a size of 128 m2 in a single storey plan contains special architectural applications.

Natural Lighting in Tam Pendik Project Sales Office

The best examples of interior and exterior special design applications were exhibited in Tam Pendik sales office building. The use of wood and steel together on the facade and interior partitions made the best contribution to the aesthetic appearance. The natural lighting of the roof applied in the area in the centre of the sales office provided the hall with the brightest environment in daytime use. With the glass partition systems, the ergonomics of use and the bright environment in the interior were made permanent.

Steel System Sales Office is ready at the start of the project

The sale of 129 houses built in the Tam Pendik project was completed in a short time. Undoubtedly, the contribution of the preparation of the sales and promotion office during the excavation phase of the project before the first concrete was poured into the construction is great. The promotion of an important project with a view of the islands could be realised in the steel system sales office before the foundations had risen. The interior environment decorated in luxury concept increased the confidence in the project even more. At the entrance to the office, there was a large hall at high level welcoming the customers. A part of the hall was prepared for the project model. The promotion and sale of Tam Pendik housing project could be easily made through the model placed here. The customer representative areas inside the sales office were separated by can partitions with the use of aluminium profiles. With this system, a fully illuminated environment was maintained throughout the office. The kitchenette area on the right side of the office entrance was aesthetically separated with a wooden partition. Male and female toilets were hidden to the right of the kitchen towards the back. The front facade of the office overlooking the islands is accessed by an internal door. The veranda in this section was covered with a special wooden partition from the top.

Tam Pendik Housing Project

Tam Pendik housing project was built by Setup Construction in Pendik Çınardere. The project constitutes one of the places with the best view of Istanbul with its location overlooking the islands and the sea. Rising on a 3 thousand 640 m2 plot, Tam Pendik housing project includes a total of 129 residences in the standard apartment concept. The residences in the Tam Pendik project were produced in 3 + 1 and 2 + 1 plans. Apartment sizes vary between 123 and 97 m2.

Consisting of 3 blocks, Tam Pendik project is also very rich in social facilities. The project includes a game hall for adults, a cinema hall, a game hall for children and a fitness centre.
