In the city of Zugdidi, located in the west of Georgia, we built hangar structures for the company that makes agriculture with modern methods. Zugdidi has fertile soils and is located in the historical Megrelian region. The Odishi plain fed by the Chhoushi river is among the important agricultural areas of the city. Zugdidi, which is also home to the palace of Dadianis used by Samegrelo princes, also has a botanical garden with rare plants. The city has extremely fertile lands for agriculture. Four separate hangars built with Karmod expertise will be used by the company dealing with industrial agriculture in the region.

Installation of 4 hangars and 1 prefabricated house was completed in 18 days

The production of 4 hangars and 1 prefabricated house upon the request of the company engaged in agricultural activities was completed in Karmod modern facilities within days. After the production, the structures loaded on trucks were shipped to the project site in Zugdidi city of Georgia by road transport. At the time when the shipment was completed, the installation started by Karmod teams ready at the site. The installation of four separate hangar buildings and 1 prefabricated house built within the scope of the project was completed in a short time like 18 days.

Steel Hangars With 6 Meters Of Height

The prominent buildings of the project consist of hangar structures. Two of the hangars, which are manufactured with heavy steel structure system, have a size of 150 m2 and two of them have a size of 200 m2. The steel hangars have a height of 6 metres, making it easier for agricultural vehicles to enter and exit the structure and manoeuvre easily.

The most important advantage of steel hangar structures is that they have a high level area at maximum span. This allows the interior space to be used comfortably, including large agricultural vehicles. At the same time, hangar structures built with steel system have the advantage of fast installation. The installation of four separate hangar structures with a total size of 700 m2 could be constructed in a period of 18 days. This period included the installation of one prefabricated house.

Three of the steel hangars will be used for storing agricultural products. One steel hangar will be used as both a parking and stage maintenance building for agricultural vehicles.

One of the buildings installed within the scope of the project is a prefabricated house. The prefabricated house, designed and built in 2+1 plan, will be used by the personnel working in the agricultural field. It will offer shelter with his family.
