The entire project design of the two-storey steel house was completed in Karmod Technical Office. German zoning legislation rules were reflected in the project with expert solutions. As it is known, housing insulation applications are evaluated in detail together with building safety in European countries. The details in the technical specifications in this direction are fully controlled during the installation phase inspections and project conformity is sought.

Energy Support from German Government for Best Insulation Performance

The insulation project and application materials of our Mannheim steel house project also have important privileges. The steel construction wall system was supported with rock wool insulation material in the application and reached a thickness of 34.5 cm. The best air conditioning value was achieved by exceeding German standards in building insulation. The steel house received 20 percent support from the German Government within the scope of construction costs due to air conditioning energy saving.

Safe, Comfortable Two Storey Steel House

The steel house, which we manufactured in our Tuzla facility in Istanbul and installed in Mannheim, Germany, has a two-storey plan. The steel construction house, which sits on a 72 m² floor plan, was built with a total size of 152 m². There is a separate living area with a staircase on the roof of the villa luxury concept. Architectural design of the house, building safety static calculations, mechanical installation projects were all prepared by Karmod Technical Office. The production of the steel house was realized using 12 tons of steel. Our expert installation team completed the rough installation of the house in 12 days. When insulation applications and other workmanship were included, the total installation time was 29 days.
