Saudi Arabia Villa Housing Project

As Karmod, we realize housing projects special to the architecture of the country. The villa housing project we completed in Abha city of Saudi Arabia is one of these examples. In the country's architecture, the preference for large and spacious spaces in the housing area stands out. We reflected the architectural demands in the best way in the 3 houses we produced within the scope of the project.

We prepared the design of three prefabricated houses in our Karmod Technical Office in line with customer demands. The ground floor of the houses to be used as villas was prepared in 3+1 and the second floors were prepared in 4+1 apartment type. 8+1 living space on two floors was presented in the best usage ergonomics.

The villa residences in the project were prepared in two different designs. The two houses designed in type A have a total size of 370 m², 185 m² on the ground floor and 185 m² on the first floor. The B type villa dwelling reached a total size of 354 m² with 177 m² ground and first floor meters.

All pre-production preparations of Saudi Arabia prefabricated villa housing project were prepared in Karmod Technical Office. A study was put forward according to the customer expectations coming from our sales team to the technical office. Firstly, the ergonomic layout of the desired sections on the ground and first floor was designed according to the production model criteria. After customer approval, static calculations were made and the steel construction material values to be used for this were determined. At the same stage, mechanical installation projects of the residences were prepared in the special software program used. In electrical and water installation projects, customer expectations were reflected in the project with safe transitions.

The technical office work on the prefabricated villa houses was completed with the preparation of the production file. The final controls were carried out and the production phase of the buildings started. The best quality building materials specific to the project were prepared before production. The production of the villa houses was realized on the belt line equipped with technological machines working in one-to-one integration with the project. Production was inspected by Karmod quality control system at every stage.

After the production, every material from wall blocks to roof steel trusses, doors, windows, electrical and water installations were packaged modularly for shipment. The buildings were shipped to Abha city by sea and road container transportation. The installation of three prefabricated villa houses was completed and delivered by Karmod assembly team.

Contrary to the general geographical characteristics of Saudi Arabia, the city of Abha stands out with its high altitude. The altitude of the city reaches 2 thousand 270 meters. For this reason, the climate of the city is different from the general characteristics of the country. Abha's climate has a mild and rainy characteristic. Abha villa housing project was prepared by considering these criteria while being evaluated in Karmod Technical Office.
