Salihli OSB Construction Site Structures

We have added a new one to the construction site building projects we have carried out in Organised Industrial Zones (OIZ).

We built construction site structures for the factory facility of the company that will produce spices, medicinal and aromatic oils to be built in Salihli Organised Industrial Zone. Karmod New Generation Container model, which is especially preferred all over the world with its fast installation and comfort advantage, was used in the preparation of construction site structures.

The fast installation advantage of the New Generation Container was among the prominent features in this project. The installation of 4 blocks of construction site structures was completed and delivered in a short time like only 9 working days.

Along with the fast installation, the advantages specific to Karmod structures were also reflected in this project. At the beginning of these superiorities, there is a spacious interior presentation with air conditioning and sound insulation superiority. Construction Site Building Project for 98 Personnel in Salihli OSB

Our construction site structures will be used by white and blue collar personnel who will work during the construction phase of the facility to be built in Salihli OSB. The capacity of the construction site building group is 98 people.

Office, Dormitory, Dining Hall and Storage Area

The construction site building group prepared within the scope of the project includes a total of four blocks including office, dormitory, dining hall and storage building. For the project, 32 container units of 3x7 size were produced. The structures, the production of which was completed in Tuzla Orhanlı facilities of Karmod, were shipped to the construction site by trucks. On the day the units arrived at the site, Karmod installation team started to assemble the construction site structures. In 9 working days, a total of 820 m2 construction site project was completed and made ready for use.

416 m2 Dormitory Building

The first of the buildings in the building group is a double storey container dormitory building. There were 8 containers on each floor of the dormitory, 6 of which were wards and 2 of which were WC and shower units. In total, there were 12 wards and 2 WC and shower containers with 7 cabins each. Container dormitory building has a size of 416 m2 with corridors.

278 m2 Construction Site Office

10 combined container offices were used for the project construction site office. There were 8 working rooms, 1 WC area and kitchen area in 278 m2 closed area.

63 m2 Dining Hall Building

The container cafeteria building of the construction site building project is 63 m2 in size. The cafeteria building was built by combining 3 combined container units.

There is also a 63 m2 multi-purpose storage container structure within the Salihli OSB factory construction site group.
