We Completed 13 Classroom School in 24 Days for Earthquake Safety

On 6 February 2023, the sad earthquake that occurred in Kahramanmaraş affected public service buildings as well as residences. Education buildings were also among the buildings damaged in the earthquake. Adil Dursun schools, which wanted to continue education without interruption after the earthquake, preferred Karmod prefabricated structures for the safe new school building.

Just before the opening of the schools, Private Adil Dursun Schools management contacted Karmod. It was decided to produce the school building to be used as Science and Anatolian High School with safe prefabricated building model. The prefabricated school building with 13 classrooms and 698 m2 closed area was completed within days in Karmod's modern facilities in Tuzla Orhanlı.

After the production, the school loaded on trucks with all components from wall to roof was shipped to the new installation site in Onikişubat district. The installation of the school building, which was started to be assembled by our Karmod teams on the day the shipment was completed, was completed in 24 days. Afterwards, the school building, whose workmanship such as painting and tiling was completed in 8 days, became ready for education.

The building, whose production and field construction processes were completed in a short time with the prefabricated building system, met with its new students in the new education period of 2023 - 2024. The school built on Üngüt West Ring Road Boulevard in Onikişubat district of Kahramanmaraş continues to serve as Private Adil Dursun Science and Anatolian High School.
