Georgia Hotel and Recreation Facility Project

We have completed and delivered the project consisting of hotel and tourism facility buildings in Georgia, one of the South Caucasus countries. The installation of 8 separate buildings with a total area of 1488 m² was completed in a short period of three months. The use of the prefabricated building model in the rapid construction process provided a great advantage. The buildings within the scope of the project were produced in Karmod's modern facilities located in Istanbul, Tuzla, Orhanlı region. The structures, which were prepared as pre-production with all materials and equipment, were delivered to Georgia by road transport. When the structures were moved to the installation site in Tbilisi, the installation team consisting of Karmod experts was also organized and made ready on site. On the same day, with the unloading of the structures from the vehicles, the assembly of the buildings began.

An exemplary project in the tourism facility building

An exemplary project has been signed in the tourism facility with 8 different building groups. In the project, all the structures that should be in a tourism facility were built. The main building with a size of 352 m² was designed and constructed as a two-storey building. This building, which will be used for hotel purposes, has 12 separate luxury hotel rooms. There are also toilet and bathroom units within the rooms in accommodation facility standards. On the ground floor of the hotel building, there is a large lobby with the reception area. The hotel, where special coating applications are also carried out, is at a better level than classical reinforced concrete buildings with its air conditioning performance. Sound permeability between rooms is eliminated. The interior of the building, which is built in a region where the winter months are harsh, can be easily heated with minimum energy use. With its energy usage efficiency, it provides a great profit to the business with energy saving, which is an important expense item in tourism facilities.

One of the prefabricated structures built within the scope of the project is a 204 m² building. This building, which was built as a cafeteria building, offers guests a pleasant environment where delicious food is tasted. Along with this building, an 82 m² house was built within the scope of the project for detached housing service. A total of 700 m2 multi-purpose hangar buildings

The resting facility consists of hangars in 4 separate buildings. Two of these special-height buildings are 200 m2 and both are 150 m2. Two of the hangars serve as the commercial area of the facility. One of the other two hangars is used as a parking lot, while the other building is used as a multi-purpose storage area.
