Office and Dormitory Buildings: Customized Solutions for Various Industries

We continue to develop building solutions for different industries with our container offices and dormitory buildings. In Bucharest, the capital of Romania, we constructed office and dormitory buildings for the largest group providing sales and rental services in the country's construction machinery sector.

Construction Equipment Rental Operations Conducted from a Container Office

One of the buildings constructed as part of the project is a container office. The office building is used by the team responsible for the rental operations of the company that provides construction equipment sales, rental, and technical service. The single-story container model office building spans 100 m².

The building includes an executive office and work areas for the construction equipment rental team. There is also a section of the building designated as a meeting room. A kitchen and restroom facilities are included in the plan as standard areas for office use.

Modern Dormitory with a Capacity of 120 People

Another of the buildings we constructed for the company that provides construction equipment sales and rental services is a container dormitory. The single-story structure includes 30 independent dormitory rooms. The building can accommodate 120 construction machinery operators at the same time. The 271-square-meter dormitory building also includes restroom and shower facilities for 120 people. With our dormitory building, we have provided a permanent solution to the company's technical staff's accommodation issues.

Office and Dormitory Building Construction Completed in 12 Days

The office and dormitory blocks we constructed in the capital city of Bucharest were designed for the use of a total of 127 units measuring 240x600. The units were manufactured at our container production facilities in Tuzla, Orhanlı.

The containers, which were disassembled and packaged after production, were transported to the site in Romania by road. The construction of the building, supervised by our overseas teams, was completed in 12 days.

A Permanent Solution for Worker Accommodation

One of the most critical needs for service sector or industrial production facilities is worker accommodation. This often becomes a significant challenge for companies, often exceeding the scope of a mere necessity. The primary cause of this issue is the high rental rates in the city where the production or service company is located. Another challenge is the absence of residential areas in the service region or their being too far away.

Regardless of the sector, we design and construct custom-made dormitory structures using our new-generation container models for both service sector and production facilities. With our focus on structural safety and ergonomics, we provide employees with comfortable dormitories that offer the comfort of home.
