Office Building for Bursa's Leading Brand in Building Materials

We built a management office building for Numan Kaleli A.Ş., the brand name of Bursa in the building materials sector. The prefabricated office building built at the head office address of the company in Nilüfer district was taken into use as a management office. In the management office building, every partition required for the office was planned from working rooms to meeting rooms, from system room to kitchen.

Fuga Stone Pattern Application in Special Prefabricated Office

The office building designed and produced for Numan Kaleli company with Karmod expertise has a size of 245 m2. The exterior of the prefabricated office building was coated with fuga stone pattern which is among the special applications. Fuga application is coated extra externally on standard insulated wall panels. Two important advantages are provided with this application. The first is the aesthetic appearance of the building from the outside and the other is the extra insulation gain. In prefabricated buildings with high thermal insulation, insulation rises to the perfect level with fuga coating. Anthracite coloured joinery was used in the windows of the management office and aesthetics were integrated with the selection of compatible exterior paint.

Steel equipped glass door was preferred at the main entrance door. When you enter the office, working areas are lined up on the right and left. When you proceed in the corridor, there is another glass door in the middle. There is an executive room at the far end of the office. There is a meeting room right next to it. Working rooms such as accounting and finance, HR are among the departments in the office. Along with the kitchen, male and female toilet was located in the office.
