NEXTOPIA Balkan project, which is continuing in Bursa with the slogan ‘Life style is changing in Bursa’, is rising with Karmod prefabricated construction site structures. The housing project is being constructed in Balkan neighbourhood of Nilüfer district with the assurance of Sertepe, one of the leading groups of Bursa. We have completed and delivered the installation of three separate buildings we prepared for Nextopia Balkan project in a short time like 25 days. The total quantity of the buildings produced within the scope of the project and installed by Karmod experts on site is 916 m2. Among the buildings are two-storey prefabricated dormitory building with a total size of 474 m2, 196 m2 dining hall building and 246 m2 project office building.
Nextopia Balkan dormitory building was designed in two storey duplex plan. It reflects the comfort of Karmod prefabricated building until the rooms on each floor. The main characteristic feature of Karmod prefabricated construction site buildings is that they provide the comfort of home to everyone who stays. The two-storey dormitory building is accessible from both sides. The main reason for this is to provide the best ergonomics to the dormitory building in the intensive use of the construction site. Entrances are made through these doors opening to the corridor. Rooms are placed left and right along the corridor. There are a total of 12 dormitory rooms on each floor and 24 rooms on two floors. The prefabricated dormitory building can accommodate 96 people at the same time. The plan also includes three shower and three toilet cabins on each floor. The project of the dormitory building, especially the in-room equipment, was prepared according to international occupational and labour health and safety standards.
One of the structures produced and constructed within the scope of Nextopia Balkan construction site project with Karmod expertise is prefabricated dining hall building. The 196 m2 dining hall where 70 personnel can eat at the same time stands out with its ergonomics of use. The entrance door of the cafeteria building opens to a large and spacious dining hall. There is a cooking area and a distribution counter on the right side. The right part of the cooking area is reserved for the pantry. Hand washing sinks are also located in this section. There is also a toilet unit for the use of the cafeteria staff.
The prefabricated cafeteria building, which stands out with its spacious hall in ergonomics of use, turns the moment of eating into a rest time for the workers. The spacious and large interior environment, the best lighting, the ease of air conditioning in summer and winter use with high insulation provide comfort to everyone who eats.
The heart of the Nextopi project beats in the 246 m2 prefabricated office building. All stages in the construction processes of the project are managed from here. The office building is entered from the front narrow facade. The rooms are lined up left and right along the corridor. Nextopia project prefabricated construction site office has a total of 9 separate rooms, 1 of which is for meeting purposes. Kitchen area and male and female WC are among the other sections in the office. A part of the large meeting room is used by the project manager. The site supervisor room is located at the entrance of the office. Other rooms are used by occupational safety specialist, building supervision authority and construction site engineers.
Within the scope of Nextopia Balkan mass housing project in Balkan neighbourhood of Bursa central Nilüfer district, 145 luxury residences are being produced. The project, which sets out with the slogan ‘Lifestyle is changing in Bursa’, includes villa concept buildings with 1 + 1, 3 + 1 and 4 + 1 housing plans. The project stands out with its social facilities.
