We Completed Our Third Construction Site Project in Portugal Within the Same Year

As Karmod, the most preferred brand for construction site projects, we have completed and delivered another construction site project in Portugal.

The new mobilization completed in the capital city of Lisbon marks our third construction site project in Portugal in 2025. All three of these construction site mobilizations were chosen for new hotel projects in the tourism sector.

The project, which utilizes Karmod's new-generation container models, includes construction site offices and dormitory buildings. Our container buildings will serve as construction site structures for the new hotel project in Lisbon.

Comfortable Environment for White-Collar and Blue-Collar Workers

The container offices and dormitory buildings we prepared for the project stand out for their comfortable environments, just like all our other structures. With our 162 m² container office building, we have created a comfortable working environment for the managers and technical staff overseeing the hotel construction project. With our new-generation container dormitory building, we have created home-like spaces for blue-collar workers contributing to the project. The dormitory building, comprising 26 separate bedrooms, each specially designed for a refreshing environment, has a total area of 367 m².

The container construction structures we will use in the Lisbon hotel construction project consist of two blocks. The project utilized 230x595 units. For transportation savings, they were produced in flatpack form and fully disassembled for packaging. Eleven units were used for the 162 m² container office building. The 367 m² dormitory building, with each unit arranged as a separate bedroom, accommodates 26 rooms. The rooms can be arranged for use by 2 or 4 personnel according to the construction site management's preference.

The production of the office and dormitory buildings, totaling 529 m², was completed in 12 days at our Tuzla factory facilities. The structures were transported to Portugal via sea freight. The installation of the buildings, which were transported from the port to the project site, began with the supervision of our teams. The installation of the office and container construction site structures, including WC and shower units, was completed and delivered within 20 days.
