The Osmangazi Village Office in the Sancaktepe district of Istanbul has moved into its new service building. The Osmangazi Village Office began providing services in its new building located at No. 2 on Bilali Habeşi Street in Sancaktepe as of 2024. The municipal office building will provide public services to the 52,856 residents of Osmangazi Neighborhood for many years to come.
The journey of the building that now serves as a municipal office began as a project office. The building in question was designed in 2022 as a sales and launch office for the Aston Life Cadde residential project. Following the completion of the project, the prefabricated office building was considered for an important public service need. After evaluations, it was decided to use the building as a public service building. The prefabricated project office began serving as the Osmangazi Neighborhood Council Building in 2024.
The Osmangazi Neighborhood Council Building has taken its place among the prestigious public service buildings in Sancaktepe. The building, equipped with safe structural systems, offers the best ergonomic use with its spacious interior. Neighborhood council services will be provided comfortably in a workspace with maximum width. Those who visit the neighborhood council building will enjoy a unique experience every time they come.
Prefabricated structures, which are innovative building models of modern architecture, offer significant advantages. The production and installation speed of prefabricated structures is one of their most prominent features. The main factor in fast production and installation is the use of new technology machines in production. High-quality materials are produced using automation-intensive processes in new-generation machines. The bolted and screwed connection system allows the building to be installed and completed in a very short time, regardless of the location.
The office, planned as a two-story building, was constructed on an 80 m2 floor. The 160 m2 office was completed in just 9 days. The Osmangazi Neighborhood Council will continue to provide reliable service for many years in this special building. Upon entering the building through the main entrance, there is an entrance hall. To the left of the entrance is an internal staircase leading to the upper floor. There is one room on the left and one in the center of the entrance. The kitchen and bathroom are located on the ground floor.
On the upper floor of the building, there are three additional separate rooms. This floor, which houses the mayor's office, also includes a multi-purpose meeting room.
