Our new generation prefabricated structures are preferred in Turkey's leading organized industrial zones (OSBs). In Bursa's key industrial production areas, we constructed an office building with our new generation prefabricated structure in the Nilüfer Organized Industrial Zone.

Designed as a two-story building in accordance with customer requests at the Karmod technical office, the office building has an area of 576 m². The office structure we built will be used as an administrative building by the construction unit serving the entire OSB, which has 320 factory facilities.

Once shipped, the structures are installed in a very short time by expert Karmod assembly teams without the need for additional materials. The prefabricated office building we constructed for Nilüfer OSB was completed and delivered with the same advantages. Our teams made the two-story, 576 m² enclosed structure ready for delivery in 26 days, including installation and painting. Located in Bursa, Nilüfer Organized Industrial Zone is among the leading OSBs in our country. Spanning 234 hectares, the OSB currently hosts 320 factories that contribute to our country's economy. The OSB's contribution to employment is also significant, providing jobs for 22,000 people. According to 2024 data, Nilüfer OSB's contribution to the country's exports is around USD 700 million.

The area where the Nilüfer Organized Industrial Zone is located was deemed suitable for the Nilüfer OSB site by the Site Selection Commission, which convened under the “Organized Industrial Zones Site Selection Regulation” published in the Official Gazette dated 06.28.1997 and numbered 23033, on 12.13.2000.

On December 25, 1998, the members of the Nilüfer Industrialists and Business People Association (NİLSİAD), which was established with the aim of joining the Bursa OSB or establishing a new OSB, embarked on an intensive and demanding work schedule to achieve the desired goal of obtaining OSB status for the region in the Nilüfer district, where factories were located but infrastructure was very inadequate, in order to achieve faster development, rather than waiting for the state to provide services.
