Office Preference of Istanbul's Brand Projects

Marmara Tower Project Management and Ground Up Sales in this Office

We took our place in the Marmara Tower project with our steel office building. Our 246 m² steel office building was made ready for the use of the project before the first pickaxe was struck. The installation of the steel office building, which reflects the most beautiful example of the modern architectural concept, was completed in a short period of 21 days. While the project manager and the construction site chief took their place in this building on one side, the team in charge in the office created in the hall facing the front facade started the sales of the project.

The installation of the sales and promotion office was carried out on the project site facing the E-5 (D-100) side road. An area was left in front of the office where customers can easily park. Entrance to the office was given through the glass door that opened automatically to the right and left from the road front. When entering through the door in the centre, a very luxurious sales and promotion office welcomed the customers. Three different sales representatives welcomed the visitors in this area. In the front left part of the hall, a large model of the Marmara Tower project was exhibited. Thanks to this model, the project presentation became quite easy. The kitchen was located on the right side according to the entrance direction. There were male and female toilet areas towards the back during the kitchen. At the same time, there was a transition from this area to the executive rooms at the back of the office. Project manager and construction site chief managed the construction stages and sales of Marmara Tower in their private rooms in this area. A section in this area was also reserved as a meeting room.

Marmara Tower Project

Marmara Tower is located in Esentepe neighbourhood of Kartal district, Istanbul as a comprehensive brand project with commercial and residential areas. Its proximity to air, sea and railway transport networks together with road connections from all directions is a very important advantage for Marmara Tower. D100 motorway passes right in front of it. Kadıköy-Kartal Metro line is within walking distance limited to walking minutes.

Marmara Tower project has a total construction area of 38.270 m². In the project, we have a total of 246 independent sections with plans ranging from 167m² to 72m², including 51 3+1 and 195 1+1 units, which can be used as home offices or offices. There are two commercial areas spread over 3 floors that add great value to the Marmara Tower project. The size of these commercial areas is 4000 m². In the part of Marmara Tower facing the Islands side, there is another commercial area spread over 4 floors of approximately 2500 m² with a social facility.
