Mahmutbey Sports Club Facility Building

We constructed a facility building for Mahmutbey Sports Club within the Mahmutbey Stadium campus. The building, which was built on two floors with a prefabricated structure model, was completed in 28 days and put into service.

The 450 m² prefabricated sports club building was built on a 225 m² ground floor. The ground floor was planned as a clubhouse, meeting room and facility management room. The upper floor is planned as a dormitory and there is also an infirmary area on this floor.

The ground floor is used as the main service building of Mahmutbey Sports Club. The upper floor of the building is planned as a dormitory. The upper floor also provides accommodation for football academy students.

It is a great advantage that the facility building is located right next to Mahmutbey Stadium. Sports services can be carried out in a much more functional way with the prefabricated club building. Club footballers using the stadium spend their rest time in the clubhouse. With its maximum width and spacious interior, the clubhouse provides comfortable resting moments for the football players.

Young footballers, the professionals of the future, who receive training at Mahmutbey Football Academy, use the dormitories on the upper floor for accommodation. While receiving football training on the one hand, on the other hand, they find the opportunity to stay in the best ergonomics.

The ground floor of the club building is also used for meetings and congresses. Mahmutbey Club management holds its meetings in this venue.

About Mahmutbey Sports Club

The organisation, whose official name is Mahmutbey Sports Club Association, serves with the club code 12350. The centre of the club is located at Mahmutbey Mahallesi Gazi Mustafa Kemal Caddesi No: 41/3. The club continues its activities in the Istanbul European side 1st Amateur League. Among the categories it participates in are Seniors U13, U19, U15 and U16. The club also has the second place in the U19 category. Mahmutbey Club uses Bağcılar Municipality Mahmut Bey Stadium for its matches.

About Bağcılar Municipality Mahmutbey Stadium

With a capacity of 1500 spectators, the ground of the stadium is covered with artificial turf. All seating areas in the stadium have seats.

Renovated in 2012 by Bağcılar Municipality, Mahmutbey Stadium was brought to FIFA standard. After the works, the renovated stadium was offered to the use of sports clubs in Bağcılar district. Field dimensions were increased to 62-92 with the new arrangement and a player entrance-exit tunnel was added to the stadium. Existing running tracks were also renewed during the renovation works.
