Luxury container office building built for logistics company in Hungary

We completed and delivered the installation of a three-storey container office building in Budapest, the capital of Hungary, in 23 days. The office building, which was produced with the combined container model, will be used as a regional management building by the logistics company.

222 m2 container office building was designed in Karmod Technical Office. The production of the project was completed with 15 demounted container units. 12 of these units were produced in 230x595 dimensions and 3 of them were produced in 300x600 dimensions.

Two trucks were used for the transportation of the office building. The disassembled container units were loaded onto the trucks and transported by road to the project site in Budapest. On the day the transportation was completed, our professional installation team was ready at the assembly site. In the first phase, 15 demounted units were assembled. As the assembly was completed, the container units started to be placed on the ground concrete according to the project order. While the project layout was being done, the units were connected to each other at the same time. After the ground floor assembly was completed, the first floor and second floor assemblies were carried out by our team respectively. All of the materials such as doors and windows used in the project were sent ready from Turkey with Karmod expertise. Anthracite color joinery added a different style to the office look. Orange motorized shutters complemented the office exterior aesthetically.

With its insulation superiority to container structures with steel carrier systems, it is a good gain in terms of sustainable environmental management. In addition to aesthetic paint and window color choices, office appearance can be brought to the modern architectural concept with different coating applications. The basic materials of our container buildings are steel systems. All steel metals are used in the lower and upper chassis, carrier poles, roof, wall and door panel outer plates. The metals are fully recyclable. The rock wool insulation materials between the panels we use in our European productions increase container insulation to the highest level. Insulated panels on the walls and roof, double-glazed windows and a special insulated panel door system facilitate container air conditioning. Even in the coldest days of winter, the internal heating of the container structure can be realized with minimal energy expenditure. With the use of recyclable materials and air conditioning energy savings, our container buildings stand out with their full compliance with sustainable environmental policies.

Modern production, easy transportation and fast installation on site is also an important gain in terms of container office building preferences. For example, the production of the 222 m2 building in this project was completed in as little as two days on the modern production line. With the advantage of the demounted system, it was easily shipped with two trucks. All materials, including electrical and plumbing materials, were sent ready-made from Turkey. This eliminated the need for an extra building material search on site. The field installation under the leadership of our professional team was completed in 22 days and made ready for use.
