Karmod delivers 8-classroom prefabricated school to Ghana

We Have Completed the Prefabricated School Project in Ghana

We have added another project to the educational buildings we have constructed. We have built our new prefabricated school in Ghana, one of the countries in West Africa.

We have constructed the school building required by the Ministry of National Education in the capital city of Accra. The 8-classroom prefabricated educational building will be used as a primary school.

The design of the prefabricated school was carried out by our Karmod Technical Office. The building was designed in an L-shaped plan, taking into consideration the standards of the Ghana Ministry of Education. The L-shaped plan was chosen to ensure both the suitability of the area where the school will be constructed and the ergonomic usability of the space. The school was planned to have 8 classrooms within a closed area of 626 square meters.

The single-story school building includes 8 classrooms, a special activity room, a principal's office, a teachers' lounge, a system room, and a meeting room. The special activity room is also located within the school. Restroom facilities are provided within the building according to student capacity. Additionally, restrooms for teachers are included in the school plan.

8-Classroom School Ready for Education in 30 Days

The school building, produced in Karmod's modern facilities with new technology machines, can be easily shipped to overseas countries thanks to its demountable feature. The pre-fabricated structures were shipped to Accra, the capital city located on the southern coast of the Gulf of Guinea in the Atlantic Ocean, via sea container transport. On the day of delivery, the installation of the 8-classroom primary school building began under the supervision of our on-site teams.

The construction of the 626 m² educational building was completed in just 30 days.
