As Karmod, we have taken our place in Antalya’s prestigious project. The Atabilge Antalyapark project, to be carried out in the Fabrikalar neighborhood of Kepez district, is kicking off with our container-based construction office building.
The two-story office building, constructed by Karmod using our new-generation container model, will serve as the project office throughout the construction of Atabilge Antalyapark, which comprises 450 residential units and 430 commercial units across 6 blocks.

The Atabilge Antalyapark Project is being realized on a 24,251-square-meter plot in the Kepez district of Antalya, with a construction area of 133,251 square meters. It is a complex project that combines a shopping center, residential units, and home office commercial units. With 450 residential units and 430 commercial units across 6 blocks, this project stands out as one of the highest-density projects ever planned in Kepez.
Atabilge Antalyapark will become one of Kepez’s iconic projects thanks to its scale, location, and architectural diversity. Five of the six blocks are designed as high-rise buildings ranging from 60 to 65 meters in height. The sixth block, housing the commercial areas, is designed as a low-rise structure.
