Ispak Packaging Plant Construction Project Office Building

We built a construction site office building to be used during the construction phase of the new production facility of İspak Ambalaj, one of the group companies of Kibar Holding. Kibar Holding's İspak Ambalaj facility investment is located in Kocaeli Asım Kibar Organised Industrial Zone.

The office construction was carried out on behalf of Assan Yapı, another group company that realised the İspak investment project. The installation of the 308 m² Assan Yapı construction site office building, which was built with prefabricated construction system, was completed in a short time like 16 days.

İspak Ambalaj project construction site office stands out with its wide open interior presentation. The entrance to the prefabricated construction site office is carried out from the wide facade centre section. The left part was planned as an open working office for the construction site project employees of Assan Yapı. In this section, there are three executive rooms, 1 on the left side of the entrance and 2 in the forward part. Glass partitions were applied to the rooms in terms of open space eye contact. Two rooms in the back section were allocated to the site supervisor and project manager. The smaller room at the entrance belongs to the human resources specialist.

The right side according to the entrance is reserved for the Assan Yapı manager with a large meeting room. In the meeting room on the right of the entrance, 18 people can hold meetings at the same time. When you enter the manager's room located at the bottom of the right part, there is an office area on the left and a meeting area on the left.

There are male and female WC units with two units each and a kitchen in the back centre of the office according to the entrance.

Sandwich panels were used in the wall system of the prefabricated construction site office. Fully insulated sandwich panels with a thickness of 10 cm on the outer walls have ease of air conditioning. Thanks to its insulation feature, the summer and winter air conditioning of the construction site office can be carried out economically with minimum energy use.

İspak Ambalaj is one of the group companies of Kibar Holding. The investment cost of the facility built for the company is 200 million liras according to the 2016 budget. The facility is the largest flexible packaging facility ever built at one time in Turkey. The foundation was laid in June 2016 and the facility was commissioned in April 2017. The facility is among the largest in Europe in its field with an annual production capacity of 40 thousand tonnes and high production speed. İspak Ambalaj employs 450 people at its factory.

İspak Produces Packages from Food to Medicine

İspak Ambalaj produces packaging for all kinds of processed food, milk and dairy products, confectionery, chocolate, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, beverages, white goods and insulation sectors.

İspak Ambalaj's new facility has been equipped with state-of-the-art equipment according to the industry 4.0 revolution. The facility is built on a total area of 60 thousand square metres, 25 thousand square metres of which is closed. In the new factory, which is designed with high environmental sensitivity, 5 thousand tonnes of solvent recovery facility will be established annually and the carbon footprint will be minimised.
