Industrial Estate Staff Dormitory Project

This modular dormitory project, implemented in Bağcılar, Istanbul, was designed to meet the need for comfortable and safe accommodations for personnel working on the construction of an industrial park. With a total usable area of 994 m², the project was created by assembling 42 container modules and was planned to suit the needs of intensive construction site operations.

Throughout the project, rapid installation and uninterrupted site organization were prioritized; thanks to the advantages offered by the modular construction system, assembly work was completed in just 10 days. This ensured that the workers’ living spaces were ready for use in a short time, allowing construction activities to continue according to the planned schedule.

Standing out for its durable structural system, functional living spaces, and rapid assembly process, the project offers a practical and sustainable solution to staff housing needs during long-term construction projects. Thanks to its modular design, it also provides the flexibility to be relocated to different project sites as needed.

Why are container dormitories preferred in industrial park projects?

In large-scale construction projects such as industrial complexes, having personnel stay close to the work site ensures that work processes proceed more efficiently and reduces time lost due to daily commuting. Container dormitories offer significant advantages in terms of cost and operational management because they can be set up quickly, planned according to different capacity needs, and reused at other construction sites after the project is completed.
