Havaist and Havalines Head Office Building

We built a Head Office building for Havaist, which carries out comfortable and economical passenger transport from many points of Istanbul to Istanbul Airport.

The luxurious office building worthy of the Head Office building was built with Karmod light steel system structure model. Havaist steel office building is also the headquarters of HAVALINES company which provides VIP transportation service from Istanbul Airport.

The total area of the office building, which was designed on two floors with light steel system, is 560 m2. The installation of the building, which was built on 279 m2 ground floor and 281 m2 upper floor, was completed in a short time like 32 days. Safe and long-lasting Karmod steel structures can be constructed and put into service in a short time with the advantage of fast installation. The advantages of steel structure system were also utilised in Havaist Head Office building. After the completion of the safe project, a thousand management offices worthy of Havaist and Havalines companies emerged.

Havaist Building at the Dominant Point of Istanbul Airport

Havaist building is located within the Istanbul Airport campus. From here, the routing and dispatch of Havaist buses and Havlines VIP shuttle buses are very easy. Luxury VIP vehicles positioned in the garden of the Head Office depart upon request and reach the passenger exit gates within 5 minutes on average.

Entrance to Havaist Head Office building is provided by passing through the photocell automatic door on the central wide facade. The ground floor is 279 m2 in size. On this floor, there is a welcome desk directly opposite the entrance. The first room in the corridor to the right is the kitchen area, and next to it is another functional room for storage purposes. On the opposite side of the corridor, there is a small meeting room. As the corridor continues, there are staff work areas expanding to the right and left. At the end of the right side, three separate executive rooms are lined up.

When you turn left from the corridor after the entrance, there is an executive room directly opposite. In the left part of the corridor, there is a staircase leading to the upper floor and next to this area, there are a total of 4 WCs, two for women and two for men. There is another manager's room on the right at the end of the corridor.

The upper floor is accessed by turning left from the main entrance and after passing through the first door on the left, you can go up the specially coated steel stairs. The size of the second floor is 281 m2. When you go up the stairs and turn to the right, the first room is reserved for the General Manager of Havaist. In the general manager's office, there is a 5 m2 balcony area opening to the outside, a private WC and a rest room. When you proceed down the corridor, the meeting room and the board member room are among the sections on the left. As in the general manager's office, the board member's room also has a 5 m2 viewing balcony, a private WC and a rest room. At the end of the right corridor in this direction, there is an exit to the fire escape.

In the opposite area of the corridor, there is also an executive room. In this row, there are business development director, legal advisor, software and archive rooms. In the right part of the left corridor, there is a male and female prayer room and in the left part, there are 4 male and female WC areas.
