Luxury Rent a Car Office Building with New Generation Container

Karmod new generation container provides great convenience for the preparation of modern office concepts with its full compliance with today's building architecture. For this project, the office designed with combined container model was specially prepared for the company that will provide rent a car service. 63 m2 open office was shaped with three separate container units arranged side by side. The structure produced with new generation container model in Karmod modern facilities was prepared in demountable feature. After the installation, the existing structure was given a modern style with the speciality applications of Celegreat - Events GmbH and Iventmaaster GmbH and Co.

The installation of the structure, which was transported from Turkey to Germany with a single lorry by road transport, was carried out extremely easily. The main factor that provides easy installation stems from the structure feature of Karmod new generation container. The new generation container, which is completely produced with bolt nut and plug-in system, ends the classical welding application. Bolt nuts are completely used in the connection of specially painted upper and lower chassis. The use of welding that would jeopardise building safety is eliminated with the bolted system. Wall and roof panels are placed on the frames with bolt-on system. Possible heat bridges are completely prevented by applying a special EPDM gasket system to the metal joints of the sandwich panels. Painting technology, which is also used in the automotive industry, was especially preferred for painting the chassis. With this painting system, the metal parts of the container office show the best surface gloss and at the same time preserve the first day's vitality for many years.

The installation of the Rent a Car office project was realised at Northgate Parkhaus in Berlin. The installation and interior layout concept of the office, the production of which was realised by Karmod, was carried out by Celegreat - Events GmbH and Iventmaaster GmbH and Co. The office, which was installed in the car park area of Northgate Parkhaus, was given a modern appearance with special coating applications and interior lighting. On the front and side facades where oversized glass was used, unlimited entry of light was allowed with full openness. With the application, interior natural lighting was optimised. Special composite coating applications were made on the outer metal chassis parts of the container office. The interior of the office was decorated with special furnishings for the rent a car sector. A modern and ergonomic working environment was prepared for the staff.
