The building, which was designed and installed in Kılıçoğlu Steel Wire Mesh Metal Factory garden, started to serve as the company's management and sales marketing office. The installation period of the 160 m² office building, which was designed as two floors with steel structure system, was completed in 12 days. The factory of the company is located in Şekerpınar Neighbourhood of Çayırova District of Kocaeli Province.

Factory Management and Sales Marketing Office in One Building

The building, which was used as the factory management office of Mast Metal Steel company during the first construction process, continues to serve Kılıçoğlu Steel Wire Mesh Metal company today. It is used as a steel management and sales marketing office established in the entrance garden of the factory building where the company carries out production.

Ground Floor Factory Production, Upper Floor Management and Marketing Office

The ground floor of the two-storey steel office building serves as a factory production office. There is a vestibule at the entrance of the ground floor of the office building designed in square plan. On the left side, the room of the factory production office employees extends to the back of the building. Passing through the vestibule and proceeding from the centre right section, the first room on the left is used by the factory production manager. In the back symmetry of this room, there is a kitchen section. There are male and female WCs in the back right section of the corridor.

The exit to the upper floor is provided by passing through the wooden staircase produced with a special project in the inner right part. When you exit the staircase, the front left section is completely reserved for the manager's office room. A corridor divides this room and three separate rooms at the back. The room on the back left functions as an accounting and finance room. The first two rooms on the right are used by the sales and marketing department and the other one is used as a meeting room.
