Erdek Turanköy Prefabricated Pension Project

We completed the prefabricated pension project in Turanköy, where the blue of the sea and the green of the forest are intertwined on the beach away from the summer crowds and chaos of Erdek.

The pension and management building we built withprefabricated building system was completed in a short time like only 12 days. Turanköy is located in the north-west of the Kapıdağ Peninsula in Erdek district of Balıkesir. It is possible to reach Turanköy from Erdek, which is 15 km away, in 22 minutes from the road covered with asphalt.

4 Separate Pensions in 1+1 Plan Under One Roof

In the building designed as a pension in Turanköy, 4 separate pensions are located in the best ergonomics. The pensions are arranged in a 117 m2 building with a facade of 3.80 metres. Curtains extending towards the front were applied to the entrances.

The prefabricated hostel rooms prepared in 1+1 plan are entered through a steel door. The kitchen sink area was placed on the right side of the entrance where the mini lounge was placed. This room also has a window facing the front facade. The bedroom was placed in the back left section. The toilet and shower area was placed on the left side. The pensions, each of which is over 29 m2, add pleasure to the summer holiday of the guests with their ergonomics of use.

Prefabricated Pension in the Popular Holiday Region Ready in Days

The installation of the prefabricated pension building located right next to Turanköy Beach was completed in 12 days. In early April 2018, the investor who agreed with Karmod benefited from the fast installation advantages of the prefabricated building system. The prefabricated hostel building, the production of which was completed within days in Karmod modern facilities, was loaded on a lorry and delivered to Turanköy. On the same day, the building, the installation of which was completed by Karmod teams ready in the field, was delivered to the investor by completing the interior and exterior painting application.

The process that started in April was completed before the summer season opened and made ready to host its new guests. The building, which welcomed its first guests in June 2018, continues to serve the guests with the ergonomics and confidence of the first day.

Pension Canteen Building

One of the buildings prepared within the scope of Turanköy hostel project is the hostel canteen building. This 35 m2 building has a large hall in the front part of the building. The back right part is reserved for the pension management. In the canteen building, together with the guests staying in the pension, services are provided to the guests who come to Turanköy beach daily.

It is possible to reach Turanköy, which is 15 km from Erdek district, in 22 minutes from the district. It is 34 km from Bandırma and it takes 42 minutes to reach Turanköy from here. Turanköy can be reached by minibus from Erdek with a private car. The road transport distance between Istanbul Turanköy is 271 km and it can be reached in an average of 3 hours 15 minutes by private car.

How is Turanköy Beach and Sea?

Turanköy beach generally has calm and clean sea water. The village has a wide coastal area along the settlement area. The beach can be easily reached by passing through the newly organised coastal walkway by Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality. There is also a ladies beach in Turanköy.
