Balikesir Altıeylul Housing Project Office

We constructed an office building for the mass housing project built by Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. in Altıeylül district of Balıkesir.

The office building, which was produced with prefabricated structure model, was built as two storeys. The 554 m2 prefabricated office will be used by Solid Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. and Adım Gayrimenkul A.Ş., the main contractors of the mass housing project.

Emlak Konut Altıeylül mass housing project prefabricated office was built on 277 m2 ground with two floors. The total size was 554 m2 on two floors. The prefabricated office, whose production was completed in Karmod modern facilities, was loaded to the lorry and shipped to Balıkesir construction site. The construction period of the building, which was started to be installed by Karmod professional team, was completed in 21 days.

The entrance to the office building of Altıeylül mass housing project is provided in the middle part of the wide facade. In the left part of the entrance section, there are technical office, project design office, site supervisor room, site construction supervisor and architect room respectively. In the right front section, there are electrical engineer room, administrative supervisor room, accounting room and kitchen. In the back part, there is a technician room, a survey engineer room and a meeting room. On this floor, there are male and female WC areas in the back section.

The upper floor is accessed by stairs from the office. There are two separate project manager rooms on the first floor. Other departments on this floor include the manager's office, civil engineer room, electrical engineer room, mechanical engineer room, archive and system rooms and two separate meeting rooms. Kitchen and WC areas are among the other sections on this floor.

About Emlak Konut Balıkesir Aytıeylül Housing Project

The EIA process of Altıeylül Housing Project, the project of Emlak Konut GYO in Balıkesir, started on 20 June 2022. After the completion of the EIA process, the tender was launched for the project in September 2022. Solid Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. and Adım Gayrimenkul A.Ş. partnership won the tender for the construction of Altıeylül Mass Housing opened by Emlak Konut.

The Altıeylül Housing Project was started with the groundbreaking ceremony held by the Minister of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change in April 2023. The housing project is being built on an area of 46 thousand 168 m2 in Gümüşçeşme neighbourhood of Altıeylül district of Balıkesir province.

415 houses will be built with Balıkesir Altıeylül Housing Project. The construction of commercial areas, infrastructure and environmental arrangements together with the houses will be completed by Solid - Adım consortium.
