DP World Yarimca Port Office

We built an office building in DP World port management, one of Turkey's largest container terminals. The office building produced with the Karmod new generation container model was put into use at Yarımca facilities. A 3x8 unit of 24 m2 was used in the container office building of the port facility. The building, which is placed on the existing sea container, is accessed by a ladder applied from the outside. The balcony was created by placing balustrades at the front of the office.

New Generation Container is the most practical office solution

With its ready-to-use concept production model, the new generation container stands out with its practical solution in office needs. It provides extra convenience to office projects in areas of use where construction processes are difficult, such as ready-made concept port management. It completely eliminates the construction processes in ports with very heavy loading traffic. Container office projects can be planned from 21 m2 up to hundreds of square meters. Container offices with a pre-manufactured system can be put into service with the same-day installation on site. Just like the office building produced for the DP World Yarımca port. The container office building produced at Karmod facilities, from the electrical installation to its fixtures, was loaded on the vehicle and delivered to Yarımca port. It was brought into service immediately after being lowered from the vehicle that was docked to the place where it would be placed, with the help of a crane. With the preference for container offices, the construction processes were completely left behind in the usage area such as the port where business traffic is intense.

With this important insulation advantage, indoor air conditioning can be realized in the most economical way with the least energy consumption. Compared to other building models, it provides savings in expense budgets with energy savings of up to 60 percent. In the coldest days of winter, the interior of the building is easily heated with air conditioner-like heaters. It keeps the warmth in winter and the coolness in summer for a long time.
