Our buildings that were delivered to Dakar with maritime container transport were installed by our teams present in the area on the day that shipment was completed. The installation of 498 square meters sized building group was completed in 10 days with the easiness provided by unwelded screwed container building system and they were delivered to the project managament as ready for use.

In the container office project, two blocks construction site office building each with three-storey were installed by using 27 container units. There are container dormitory and dining hall building, changing rooms, cafeteria and wc shower cabins at the construction site building for the usage of Mamelles Tower project field engineers, technical teams and workers. All installation of the container office building was made from the materials prepared in the factory and there was no other need of construction material for the installation.

All equipment like electric wiring and water works materials, fittings, sanitary ware materials of the building were met by Karmod assurance. Mamelles Tower built as skyscraper in Dakar is the most important building project position of SERTEM group. There are one terrace with summed 20 floors that three basements and one ground. There are observation tower built on the multi functional area, 48000 m² business center and offices.
