We are delighted to be part of the housing projects of Emlak Konut GYO, which offers a pioneering vision for Turkey's planned urbanization. Karmod Container was chosen for the construction site structures of the Damla Kent housing project in Başakşehir, led by Emlak Konut GYO.
We have completed the installation of a container dormitory building for the employees of MRF Group Construction, one of the companies involved in the Damla Kent project under Emlak Konut GYO. The dormitory building, which will be used in the construction of Phase B, Section 1 Residential and Commercial Areas of the project, will accommodate 160 personnel.
The container dormitory building we constructed for the Damla Kent housing project has an area of 1,144 m². The structure has 40 separate bedrooms. The rooms stand out with their ergonomics and insulation performance. Karmod Container aims to provide workers staying in all dormitory buildings with the comfort of their own homes. In this regard, Karmod structures contribute to increasing construction site efficiency. They also save investors money by reducing energy consumption. The dormitory building also features WC and shower units that are fully ergonomic and easy to keep hygienic.
Emlak Konut GYO's vision project, the Damla Kent Housing Project, is being implemented in the Başakşehir district of Istanbul. Located at the meeting point of the Bağcılar and Esenler districts of Başakşehir, this project is being built on a massive area of 12.5 million square meters. The project, with a construction area of 1,257,629 square meters, will include a total of 5,569 independent units, consisting of 5,325 residences and 244 commercial units.
The Damla Kent project offers a wide range of choices with apartment types ranging from 1+1 to 4+1. The project also stands out with its social facilities. Social areas include official institutions such as health centers, educational institutions, religious facilities, and shopping centers.
