We have added another project to our portfolio of container office projects across Europe. Our latest project was completed in the agricultural production area of Warsaw, the capital of Poland.
The office building was constructed in the village of Nowy Kawęczyn, which is known for its fertile agricultural land. The 110 m² office building, built using a new-generation container model, was completed in just three days.
Agricultural areas where production is carried out over large areas also require office buildings. Agricultural pest control and analysis laboratory offices are among the most commonly needed buildings in agricultural areas. The container office building we constructed in Warsaw's agricultural area has begun to be used by the technical team of a company engaged in agricultural pesticide application. The team is managing their pesticide application programs, which will be carried out using drones (UAVs) in efficient and vast agricultural areas, from the newly constructed container office.

Similarly, on-site installations are carried out in a highly practical manner without causing any environmental damage. The bolted and threaded joint system not only simplifies the installation process but also transforms it into an enjoyable experience. Karmod containers are manufactured in modern facilities with all materials required for the structure, enabling installation without causing any damage to agricultural lands. It features superior characteristics such as installation speed, ergonomics, and climate control comfort. It is constructed within days and can be used safely for many years. The container office building produced under the project has an area of 110 m². Six 3x6-meter container units were produced in accordance with the building plan.
The container office, including the roof covering system, was shipped on a single truck. The fully disassembled production model provided an advantage in transportation costs. The assembly of the units and the roof system, including the on-site installation of the structure, was completed in 3 days. It was ready for use upon completion.
The area surrounding Nowy Kawęczyn Village, where we installed the container office, is almost entirely surrounded by fertile farmland. Nowy Kawęczyn features meadows but no forested areas. Nowy Kawęczyn is located approximately 70 kilometers southwest of Warsaw within the Łowicko-Błońska Plain.
