Silivri Railway Infrastructure Project Staff Housing Complex

Built as part of the high-speed rail and railway infrastructure projects underway in Istanbul’s Silivri district, this modular housing complex was developed to meet the accommodation and daily living needs of site personnel. Covering a total area of 902 m², the project consists of 46 container modules assembled together and was planned to support large-scale construction operations.

The complex, consisting of blocks divided into different functional areas, contributes to providing staff with a more organized and comfortable living environment. Thanks to the rapid installation advantage offered by modular construction systems, the entire assembly process was completed in just 9 days, and the structures were made ready for use in a short time.

While time management is of great importance in railway infrastructure projects, this project supported the uninterrupted continuation of field operations with its rapid installation performance and functional layout. With its durable structure, long-lasting material choices, and spacious layout, the project stands out as a successful modular construction application for large-scale infrastructure investments.
