Karmod continues to be the preferred choice for site mobilization in branded housing projects thanks to its expertise. The Bordo Innwest project, located on the Eskişehir Road in Ankara, is one of the branded projects that chose Karmod for its prefabricated site mobilization.
We have completed the installation of prefabricated construction site mobilization structures consisting of 6 blocks for the Bordo Innwest project in the Etimesgut district. The total size of the construction site structures, which include dormitories, dining halls, engineer and construction site offices, is 2,553 m².

As Karmod, we have completed a 6-block construction site mobilization project for the Bordo Innwest residential project. We have prepared accommodation and work areas for a total of 600 personnel in our construction site structures. Within the scope of the project site's capabilities, all of our prefabricated construction site blocks were planned as single-story structures and installed.
We built 3 separate construction site dormitory buildings, each measuring 506 m2, for the Bordo Innwest housing project. As part of the mobilization, a 547 m2 prefabricated dining hall building was installed on the project site. The food distribution counter and hall were planned for optimal ergonomic use. Two separate prefabricated office buildings were installed on the project site. The first office, which will be used as the construction site management building, is 343 m² in size. The other prefabricated office building is 145 m² in size and will serve as the construction site engineering office.
The Bordo Innwest Project is being carried out on Eskişehir Yolu in the Etimesgut district of Ankara. Located in a prime location, the Bordo Innwest project is poised to become the center of modern living with its 900 apartments and 18 street-style shops. The Bordo Innwest project is being implemented by Bordo 145 Yapı A.Ş.
