We Established a Container Site Mobilization for the TOKİ Istanbul Tuzla Housing Project

Under the leadership of the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ), we have set up container construction site structures for the ‘954 Housing Units, 60 Shops, and 1 Primary School with 24 Classrooms Construction, Infrastructure, and Environmental Arrangement Project’ carried out in the Aydınlı Neighborhood of Tuzla District, Istanbul Province.

The structures installed at the mass housing site in Aydınlı are among Karmod's first construction site mobilization projects in 2026.

The project, which fully reflected the strength of Karmod's organization from production to site installation, was met with satisfaction by the investors. The contractor's choice of Karmod turned into an advantage for a project with a 22-month delivery target set by TOKİ.

We demonstrated our expertise in construction site mobilization structures in this project as well. Following a meeting with our customer, our Container Technical Office prepared the mobilization project for presentation in two days. The structures, completed in five days at our modern production facilities, were simultaneously shipped to the site. The container construction site structures, whose field installation was completed in 15 days, were delivered to the contractor.

We Set Up 18 Container Site Mobilization Blocks

As part of the project, we set up 20 blocks of container site mobilization buildings on TOKİ's site in the Aydınlı neighborhood of Tuzla. All buildings were designed as single-story structures according to the site location.

The following structures were set up at the Tuzla Aydınlı 954 Housing Project Construction Site:

• 4 Container Dormitory Buildings, each 244 m2
• 1 Container Dining Hall Building, 112 m2
• 1 OSH Office Building, 63 m2
• 1 Occupational Health Physician and Infirmary Building, 63 m2
• 2 Site Offices, each 53 m2
• 7 WC Shower Containers
• 2 Boiler Room Building Containers
• 2 Multipurpose Container Offices, 24 m2

About the TOKİ Tuzla Aydınlı Housing Project

The name of the project led by TOKİ is defined as the Construction of 954 Housing Units, 60 Shops, and 1 Primary School with 24 Classrooms, along with Infrastructure and Environmental Arrangements in the Aydınlı Neighborhood of the Tuzla District of Istanbul Province.

The project stands out with 954 housing units and 60 commercial shops. The construction of a 24-classroom primary school is also planned within the scope of the same project. Infrastructure and landscaping are included in the project scope. The housing project was tendered on September 12, 2025, and delivery is planned within 650 calendar days from the date of site handover.
