Dormitory Buildings for the South Caucasus' Largest Chemical Company

Our new generation container model continues to be preferred in personnel dormitory building projects. With its long-lasting construction system, ergonomics of use and insulation, Karmod container gives the personnel the comfort of home.

In this project we realized in Rustavi city of Georgia, we completed and delivered our dormitory building consisting of 40 blocks in total. The prominent feature of the project is that the dormitory buildings will be used by engineers and shift supervisors working in factory shifts. The ergonomics of Karmod Container was an important factor in the selection of dormitory buildings for the qualified personnel of the company.

The importance of the plant in Rustavi is that the industrial chemicals and mineral fertilizer producer is the largest and only chemical plant in the South Caucasus.

Accommodation for 2 Personnel in Container Dormitory in Home Comfort

The dormitory buildings designed in independent use in blocks were specially designed for Rustavi Azot company employees. As in all dormitory projects of Karmod, it was aimed to provide home comfort to the personnel staying in this project.

Each block of 24 m2 dormitories where 4x6 container model is used will accommodate two personnel. WC and shower units are also placed inside the block. WC and shower units were prepared by selecting the best accessories and fixtures.

Another important prominent feature of the project is that the interior furnishing of the dormitory buildings is also equipped with Karmod expertise. The bed bases, beds and other furniture in the project were prepared by supplying from Turkey. Likewise, the supply of the air conditioners in the dormitory to be used in air conditioning was also made by Karmod.

Building Safety and Air Conditioning Comfort in Karmod Container

Karmod container with superior structural safety with its steel frame system can be used safely for many years. In Karmod container steel metal painting, paint system like in automotive sector is used. It preserves its first day quality and appearance for many years without losing it.

Karmod container is also excellent with its insulation performance. Sandwich system is used in roof and wall panels. Special EPDM wick system is used at the meeting points of the panels with metals. Special door and double glazed PVC windows make extra contribution to insulation.

Rustavi Azot, where we realized the dormitory project, is the largest chemical company in the South Caucasus. At the same time, the company is the region's only producer of industrial chemicals and mineral fertilizers. The company employs more than 2000 people in Georgia.
