Bilim Pharmaceuticals, one of the leading companies of our country in the pharmaceutical industry, preferred the steel structure system in its factory management office. We constructed a management office building for the company's production facilities located in Çerkezköy Organised Industrial Zone. The factory steel office building, which was completed in about two months, has a size of 840 m² on two floors.

The building, designed in a 15x28 m rectangular plan, has 420 m² usage area on each floor. The ground floor of the office building was mainly planned as kitchen and dining hall. For this reason, a large area of 144 m² is reserved for the dining hall on this floor. Cooking kitchen area, pantry and other storage areas, toilets and washbasins are located on this floor. Access to the first floor, which is the main management floor, is provided by passing through the hall and staircase on the ground floor.

The first floor of the Bilim Pharmaceuticals Çerkezköy steel office building was planned entirely as a factory management office. When you go up to this floor from the staircase in the corner, you enter the office by passing through the small landing. On this floor, there is a very large working area in the L plan on the right. In the left part of this room, which is located along the length of the building, there are executive and working rooms. While the factory manager's room is located in the middle section, 3 more separate working rooms are located in the front and back sections. In the front part, there is a smaller working room compared to the others. One of the two rooms in the direction of the staircase was planned as a system room and the other as an archive room. Toilets and washbasins were placed next to these rooms.

In the Bilim Pharmaceuticals factory office, parapet roof application, which gives an aesthetic appearance to modern buildings, was made. With the advantage of the steel structure system, wall insulation was applied gradually from the inside to the outside and building insulation was brought to the perfect level.

Bilim Pharmaceuticals Cerkezkoy Production Facilities

Bilim Pharmaceuticals' Çerkezköy production facility is located in the Çerkezköy Organised Industrial Zone on an area of 22 thousand square metres. The facility has a total closed area of 9,250 m². The facility was opened in 1998 and started pharmaceutical production. With a production capacity of 44 million boxes/year, the plant produces Penicillin Oral Solid (tablets, film-coated tablets, capsules and dry powder suspension) and Penicillin Powder Injectable drugs.
