Construction Site Structure Preference of Projects Competing with Time

Our new generation container structures were the construction site building preference of the company that undertook the Bandırma-Bursa-Yenişehir-Osmaneli High Standard Railway Line Construction work.

Yapıray, one of the contractors of the project, chose Karmod products for the construction site buildings planned in Görükle region of Nilüfer district of Bursa. Our regional construction site buildings where Superstructure Works of Bandırma-Bursa-Yenişehir-Osmaneli High Standard Railway Line Construction Electromechanical Systems Supply Project will be carried out consist of 4 blocks. The field installation of the blocks was completed in a total of 9 days and delivered to the project management.

Container office building, laboratory, cafeteria and WC shower units are among the structures produced and installed ready for use within the scope of the project.

168 m² Construction Site Container Office Building

168 m² construction site office building constitutes the centre of the field activities of the railway line work in Bursa region. The construction site office building was established by assembling 8 separate container units on site. The units were produced ready-made in Karmod Tuzla facilities and shipped to the site.

Electrical installation application and sanitary and waste water installations of the office building, which was assembled and connected by our Karmod expert team, were made on site. Project conformity was inspected by our teams during the application stages. Interior room partitions of the office building were also among the applications carried out in the field. Our expert team completed the partitions according to the project. After the partitions, construction site supervisor room, occupational safety expert room, purchasing room, meeting room, archive room and WC areas were prepared in the container construction site office.

126 m² Construction Site Container Office Building

One of the construction site structures of the high standard railway line project is the 126 m² container cafeteria building. In the cafeteria building, where there is also a food distribution counter, 50 personnel can eat at the same time. The cafeteria building was constructed with the combination of 6 3x7 metre container units.

126 m² Construction Site Container Laboratory Building

One of the structures of the high speed train line construction site project is the laboratory building. The 126 m² building will be used for analysing the samples taken from the sites where the line will be constructed. At the same time, the materials planned to be used will be tested in this laboratory. As in the cafeteria building, 6 separate container units were used in the construction of the laboratory.

Extra roofing was applied on the container office, dining hall and laboratory buildings installed for the project. It was aimed to contribute to the thermal insulation of the building with the roof system. Yapıray Bursa construction site building group also includes 1 230x600 container WC unit.
