Karmod New Generation Container in mass housing projects

Many housing projects are realised every year in Istanbul, one of the biggest metropolises of the world. The preference of branded housing projects in construction site structures is Karmod New Generation Container. One of the important projects realised in Istanbul Bahçeşehir in the field of mass housing is Atmaca Housing Project. Started in 2014 under the brand name Motosan, the project was realised within the body of Atmaca Holding, one of the important groups of Turkey in electronic devices.

The project was managed from the container construction site office

Container construction site structures were preferred for the project rising on a land of 48 thousand square metres in Bahçeşehir. In the construction site building group designed in two separate blocks, 2-storey container office and 3-storey container dormitory buildings were installed. The dormitory building has a total size of 1152 m2 on three floors. The two-storey office building, where the construction phase of the project is managed, has a size of 318 m2. On the ground floor of the office, which is accessed from the narrow façade through the closed staircase landing, there are units such as dining hall and masjid together with technical working offices. The upper floor is completely specially organised for the use of the project management. On this floor, there are basic areas such as manager's room, construction site chief, meeting room, project presentation room.

Home comfort in container dormitory

Atmaca Bahçeşehir Motosan project employees stayed in Karmod new generation container dormitory which provides home comfort with its ergonomics. On each floor of the dormitory project, 16 3x7 container units, 8 in each direction, were used. The total number of container units in the whole three-storey building was 6 units. The units pre-produced in Karmod modern facilities were shipped to the site by vehicles within the planning. While the shipment was continuing, the installation was carried out with the help of a crane. Out of 16 units on each floor, 14 of them were arranged as dormitory wards, 1 shower and 1 WC unit. There were 42 ward rooms in total on three floors in the container dormitory. In each of the WC and shower containers, 7 separate cabins were planned.

Bahcesehir Motosan Housing Project

There are 225 independent residences in the project realised by Atmaca Gayrimenkul on a 48.000 m² land. Bahçeşehir Atmaca project, which stands out with its luxury housing concept, has a different range of housing designs from 2 + 1 to 6 + 2 plans. Housing sizes vary between 175 and 286 m2. In addition to the apartments, the project also includes triplet and storey villas.

Social areas also stand out in Bahçeşehir Atmaca project, which emerged as a complex living space. The social areas of the project include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, children's playgrounds, fitness, sauna, Turkish bath, indoor and outdoor car park, walking path, bicycle path.
