Aston Life Cadde, located in Osmangazi neighbourhood of Sancaktepe, will host 108 elite families with a boutique site identity. The office building needed during the construction phase of the site, which is one of the important projects of the region, was built with prefabricated building model. The 2-storey office building has a size of 180 m2. The field installation of the office building, which was designed with Karmod expertise in line with the project needs and produced in modern facilities, was completed in a short time like only 9 days.

Pleasant working environment for project managers and technical team

Each floor of the office building, which is designed as two floors, is built on 60 m2. When entering the ground floor from the main door, there is an anteroom area. In the vestibule, there is an internal staircase from the left to the upper floor. According to the entrance direction, there are two separate rooms on the left and in the centre. One of the rooms is occupied by the building inspection team and the other by the occupational safety team. On this floor, there is a kitchen area and two toilet units on the right side.

When you go upstairs, there are 3 separate rooms. One of the rooms belongs to the company manager and there is a toilet cabin inside. The site supervisor's room is also located on this floor. One of the rooms is reserved as a meeting room.

Before the design, our team came to an arrangement with Aston company officials and determined the needs of the project. After the evaluation in the technical office, a draft was prepared to meet the needs of the project in the best way. After the approval phase, production started in modern facilities. After the completion of the production, the office building shipped to the project site was started to be installed by Karmod expert teams. The installation of the prefabricated office up to the roof cover including electrical and water installations was completed in 9 days. After the screed and tile application, the office, which was painted inside and outside, was delivered to Aston Life Cadde management ready for use.
