Stone textured fuga coating was applied as an extra application on the exterior of the prefabricated social facility building designed with a gable roof plan. With the jamb application around the windows, the facility building gained a decorative appearance. Intensive use of windows was made for maximum indoor brightness. Tiling was applied on window panes.

The project is called Bahçeşehir region and is located in Yeşilkent neighbourhood of Avcılar district. Ardıçlı Göl Evleri, located very close to TEM Avcılar toll booths, borders the Bahçeşehir connection road. The site is neighbouring Eston Ardıçlı Houses from the west.

Designed on a 156.000 m² land area, Ardıçlı Göl Evleri consists of 8 different stages. The project consists entirely of villas and the villa residences are shaped in 5 different types and 7 different plans. The total construction area of the site is 65.000 m². The size of the lake within the site, which impresses with its 45.000 m² green area, is 7.500 m².

Luxury villa housing models in the project are named as Necef, Firuze, Coral, Amber and İnci. The gross areas of luxury residences vary between 156 m² and 377 m² and there are 295 independent sections in the complex. Kehribar houses are designed as duplex houses with 3 different views, balconies and gardens. Mercan houses with 2 different views are twin duplexes with bay windows and gardens. Najaf villas with 3 different views are designed as triplex with garden and Firuze villas are designed in two different views as duplex with garden. Inci houses designed as 5, 4 and 3 row houses have different plan types and different facade views.

Ardıçlı Göl Evleri, where social areas are given special importance, stands out with its facilities. It has adult and children outdoor swimming pools, mini football field, basketball court, beach volleyball area, tennis courts, children's playgrounds, jogging and walking tracks in all stages. Commercial areas such as market, hairdressing salon are also included in the site where open-closed and guest car parks are located.
