We added a new phase to our steel house projects in Germany

We continue to realize steel house projects in Germany. The new project was realized in Saarland State located in the south west part of the country.

The new house in Karmod steel house model was installed in Orscholz town. The two-storey house has a total size of 205 m2. The preferred apartment type in the house was 5+1 planned house.

The building preferences of the region were carefully reflected in the architecture of the house designed by Karmod Technical Office. Along with the architectural appearance, the climate characteristics of the region are among the details reflected in the project in terms of insulation applications.

In Germany, the rate of steel structure preference in housing is 32 percent. As can be understood from this rate, the use of the building model in the country is quite high. One out of three houses in the country is designed and built with a steel structure system. Technological innovations in the steel construction sector in Turkey make it an important actor in Germany's housing supply channel. Technological innovations also emphasize the cost advantage in the steel house production sector in Turkey. The first planning after sales in Karmod's Germany steel house projects is realized in our Technical Office. Technical Office develops the project based on the expertise accumulated for the country. At the project stage, the zoning criteria of Germany and the zoning conditions specific to the state or city where the house will be built are utilized. The architectural and climatic characteristics of the region are also among the main elements that are carefully considered during the steel house project phase. Here, insulation material selection and application alternatives due to climate characteristics require a separate expertise.

The project, which is prepared with static and architectural applications by making evaluations in the Technical Office, is submitted to the final approval of our customer. After approval, the production phase begins. In the production line equipped with new technology machines, the production of the house is realized serially in the belt system. While the production of steel carrier systems and steel wall carcasses continues, other materials are being prepared in the relevant lines. Every detail from doors and windows to insulation materials, electrical and water installation materials are prepared and packaged. At the last stage, all the materials that make up the steel house are loaded onto trucks and set off for the project site in Germany. On the day the shipment is completed, Karmod professional installation teams, which are planned to be ready at the project site, start the installation.

The steel house, which is assembled only with bolts, nuts and boltless system and where there is no production in the field, is made ready for use in a short time by installation.

Our steel house project completed in the town of Orscholz is 205 m2 in size and has a two-storey plan in 5 + 1 apartment type. The 15 cm thick steel exterior walls will approach 30 cm with insulation applications. Each house of this size can be shipped on two trucks.
