5 Star Hotel Pension and Dining Hall

One of the important needs of the tourism sector is the hostel buildings required for the accommodation of the personnel. As Karmod, we produce solutions for the hostel building needs of tourism sector with our prefabricated and container buildings.

We have built a hostel and dining hall building for the 5-star hotel located in Manavgat district of Antalya. The buildings, which were produced and installed with our prefabricated building model, started to serve the employees of the hotel.

As it is known, hotels operating in the tourism sector provide seasonal service in certain periods. For this reason, most of the staff working in the hotel come here for seasonal work from outside the province or district where the hotel is located. As such, accommodation emerges as the most important need for this staff. The fact that the rental rates are very high eliminates the possibility of the staff to rent a house throughout the year. The need for accommodation arises in the hotel area where they come to work. Based on this, hotel managements go to the pension construction method to solve the accommodation problem of their staff. They especially prefer prefabricated and container structures with fast installation and budget advantages in the construction of pension buildings.

The prefabricated hostel and dormitory buildings we designed for the Manavgat 5-star hotel were also a good example of this project. Within the scope of the project, we have constructed 191 m2 hostel building and 781 m2 kitchen and dining hall building.

The prefabricated hostel building was designed and constructed as a single storey. There are 8 separate rooms in the building with a large hall at the entrance. Each of the specially dimensioned rooms can accommodate 5 personnel. The total capacity of the hostel building is 40 people. There is a shower cabin and WC unit for the bathroom in the rooms.

The two-storey building constructed within the scope of the project is the dining hall building. This building with a total size of 781 m2 will be used for two different purposes in the hotel. The ground floor of theprefabricated dining hall building will be used as the dining hall of the hotel. The upper floor will serve as a dining hall for the hotel staff.

The ground floor of the dining hall building has a size of 419 m2. The size of the upper floor, which will be used as a dining hall, is 362 m2. There are also resting areas for the staff on the upper floor.

The project, in which the installation of two buildings was completed in 33 days, is an exemplary project for hotels. Hotels serving in the tourism sector were experiencing difficulties in finding personnel as well as problems in employee accommodation. With this project, the prefabricated building sector has brought a very good solution for the employees of tourism facilities and hotels.
