The multi-story system reduces the number of building blocks, leaving much more spacious work areas for ongoing projects. Under the leadership of Emlak Konut, TOKİ Collective Housing Administration urban transformation projects are continuing at full speed in Istanbul. One of the districts where work is ongoing is Güngören. We have taken our place with our construction site structures in the 400-unit collective housing project in Güngören, which is continuing under the supervision of TOKİ.

We have constructed two blocks for the project in Güngören, which is continuing under the contractor Belbeton: one is a 4-story container dormitory, and the other is a two-story construction site management office building. The 4-story container block is entirely planned as a dormitory building. Each floor has 16 dormitory rooms and 1 WC and shower container. The 4-story dormitory container building, with an area of 1,715 m², will accommodate 384 construction workers at the same time. The building, secured with structural safety calculations, provides the comfort of home to its occupants thanks to the ergonomics provided by the insulation applications.

The other structure we prepared for the project is the container construction site office building. Designed as a combined two-story container model, the building has a closed area of 350 m². The office building includes rooms for the site manager, site supervisor, project room, occupational safety specialist, HR representative, a meeting room, kitchen, and separate restroom facilities for men and women.
