Each of Karmod prefabricated houses, which were specially designed and produced for the climate characteristics of the capital Baku, were produced in three different plans. Within the scope of the project, 87, 64 and 45 m2 houses were designed and manufactured. 87 m3 house has 3+1 plan. The other two houses were produced in 2+1 plan.

The installation of the ready-made houses with light steel system, which we produce using new technologies in the prefabricated building sector, was completed in a short period of twenty days. In the prefabricated houses we prepared within the scope of the project, three different single-storey prefabricated house models were preferred. One of these houses is 87 m2 in 3+1 plan, the second one is 2+1 64 m2 and the other one is 45 m2 in 2+1 plan. In all of Karmod's prefabricated house models from small to large, spacious interiors with maximum width were carefully prepared. Our ready-made houses in which steel carriers are used in the building system have the most ergonomic house system since there are no wide concrete columns or beams that narrow the interior environment in other classical building models.

The ready-made houses, which were prefabricated in the modern prefabricated production line, were loaded onto two vehicles and transported to the installation site in Baku by road transport. Everything from walls to claddings, from roof to roofing materials, from doors to windows, from electrical installations to sanitary and waste water installations, lighting and water fittings were shipped ready to use so that no other building materials would be needed during the installation of the ready-made houses at the installation site. On the day the shipment was completed, our teams in the region started to assemble the ready-made houses and they were ready for occupancy in 20 days.

Taconite coating was applied on the exterior of Azerbaijan prefabricated houses. With this application, the energy utilisation efficiency, which is already achieved by using high density insulation material between special plates on the walls of Karmod prefabricated houses, has been increased extra and raised to the perfect level for a house.
