6. Room amenities: Shower cabin and WC unit
7. Entrance area: Spacious and airy lobby area

Thanks to the custom-designed rooms, staff can stay comfortably and conveniently.

Prefabricated Dining Hall and Kitchen Building

1. Total area: 781 m²
2. Number of floors: Two-story
3. Ground floor: 419 m² (Dining hall for hotel guests)
4. Upper floor: 362 m² (Staff dining room and relaxation areas)

This building is designed to provide separate dining areas for both hotel guests and staff.

The upper floor also includes special areas for staff relaxation.

Project Delivery Time and Contribution to the Sector

The construction and delivery of the two buildings were completed in just 33 days.
