Developed by Karmod experts, the Akyazı Thermal Hotel Project is the first of its kind in the industry, featuring a unique building model that combines heavy steel and lightweight steel systems. This innovative approach is referred to as the “Hybrid Steel Structure” system and has introduced a significant innovation to the prefabricated building sector.
The project goes beyond traditional methods to create a thermal hotel building that excels in both durability and aesthetics. Despite being single-story, three different height levels were successfully implemented, ensuring optimal comfort and spatial aesthetics.
Thanks to hybrid steel construction technology, three different elevation levels—3 meters, 5 meters, and 7 meters—were created in the thermal hotel building.
The advantages of this system include:
While achieving such stepped heights with traditional prefabricated or lightweight steel building systems is not possible, Karmod's hybrid solution offers an innovative answer to this challenge.
The thermal hotel building constructed as part of the project has a total usable area of 135 m². The building includes:
Additionally, a prefabricated administrative office building with an area of 260 m² has been constructed as part of the project.
The thermal hotel building, produced using a hybrid steel system, has been designed to provide high insulation performance both internally and externally:
These structural features ensure maximum efficiency in both thermal and sound insulation.
The project incorporates numerous advanced systems that enhance comfort and safety:
The Akyazı Thermal Hotel Project clearly demonstrates the advanced level Karmod has achieved in hybrid steel construction technology and the innovative perspective it has brought to the industry.
With its high durability, aesthetic architecture, and functional spaces, this project offers an excellent solution for modern thermal hotel needs.
