Karmod realized Steel house project in Panama
Karmod Steel houses with a high building safety, fast production and fast installation feature are being used from Central American countries in Panama
Single and two-storey steel house models were established in Panama's cities Arraijan and Penonome . A total of 4 residences were delivered from our Karmod teams in a ready-to-use installation.
Demountable houses produced in Karmod's modern production facilities were transported to Panama by sea transport.
High construction safety in the forefront
One of the most important feature of Karmod Steel houses is the building safety. The steel material used for the main frame of the structure is mounted to each other by screwed and snap-on systems, making it resistant to earthquakes and hurricanes. The wall and roof frame that make up the structure are all made of a stainless steel screw construction system.
Fire protection class A1 materials and high insulation
The stone wool that is used between the frame and panels of Karmod's steel houses consists of fire protection class A1 materials. The stone wool material also contains high heat and sound insulation. The material used in the roof and wall panels is also extremely safe in terms of earthquake.
Aesthetic and ergonomic design with Karmod Steel houses
Karmod's Steel house models, which reflect their aesthetics with their diverse possibilities of modern architecture, offer ergonomics and comfort in use with their detailed solution plans prepared by experts.
Demounted product, easy shipping
A great advantage of the prefabricated structures is that they can be easily transported in a large amount. For example, four steel houses produced for the Panama project were shipped with two 40 HC vessels.
