Enlightenment Text on Personal Data Processed in Contact Form
This enlightenment text has been prepared by KARMOD PREFABRİK YAPI TEKNO. İNŞ. SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. acting as data controller in order to inform you about the processing purposes of your personal data, legal reasons and method of collection thereof, to whom it may be transferred and your rights under the PDPL within the framework of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law (the “PDPL”) No. 6698 and the Communique On Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform.
Your personal data you share via the contact form in our website, such as name, surname, telephone, e-mail, address etc., is processed for the purposes to allow the business units perform the necessary works in order to benefit related people from the products and services offered by our company, to conduct related business processes, and to contact you about the subject you apply for. In addition, we have no absolute control over the information you share via this form. We recommend that you do not share your personal data that you do not want us to know and special categories of your personal data with our company.
The personal data in question is processed automatically based on the legal reasons that “Processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that this processing shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” and “It is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject” stated in Article 5 of the PDPL and will only be shared with the relevant judicial authorities in case of legal disputes.
